One-on-one sessions are crafted specifically to address each client's fitness, postural, and post-rehabilitation needs. Depending on your requirements, we may incorporate various equipment such as the Reformer, Cadillac, and small props.

Semi-Private Sessions
(2-4 People)
These sessions are designed for small groups of 2 to 4 participants, allowing for a personalized approach while still benefiting from the energy of a group setting. Each session is tailored to meet the specific goals and functional needs of the participants.
New to Pilates?
We recommend starting with an initial assessment. During this session, we'll evaluate your posture, flexibility, strength, and muscle balance, and discuss your goals and medical history. From there, we'll develop a personalized Pilates program that will guide you through your semi-private sessions.
